On April 16, 1999, the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators in the state subject to the emission guidelines under Part 60, Subpart B of this chapter. [64 FR 62119, Nov. 16, 1999]
